Register for Fall
Our 2020 – 2021 Online registration is now open!
If you are new to our studio, you can go to the “Fall Classes” tab on our website and take a look at the classes we offer! Once you decide what your dancer would like to take, you can click on the link at the bottom of this page to begin online registration.
Our registration and parent portal works best using Chrome as your browser.
Existing students can log onto your existing parent portal to sign up for classes for the 2020-2021 season! Do not try to create a new parent portal using the same email as this will block you from the system. Your user ID is your email address. If you have forgotten your password, click on “forgot my password” to recover it.
Please click on each tab to review and update all addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses on your parent portal. This information is what we use to contact you with important information throughout the year!
Please click on the “School Questions” tab and answer the questions to help us place your student in the correct class, let us know about health or other concerns. This information can help ensure your child has a positive dance experience with us. Don’t forget to update your dancer’s grade level. This will only take a few seconds!
To enroll in classes for 2020-2021 follow these easy steps! PLEASE NOTE: There is a $25 non refundable registration fee per dancer.
- Click on the “Enroll in Classes” tab
- Select season (2020-2021)
- Click on heading “class type” and select your dancer’s grade to see the classes available for that grade (select type from Preschool, Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd – 6th, or 7th – 12th only).
- Select classes and click “register”.
- A box should pop up listing the classes selected, review and hit “yes” if correct.
- If you would like, you can upload a photo of your dancer
- Repeat for any additional dancers. To switch to another student, click the name in the upper right corner.
Next you can click on the “set up auto-pay” tab if you would like to take advantage of our auto pay feature. This is a convenient way to ensure you do not incur late charges and that your account stays current so your dancer can continue with classes each month.
• PLEASE NOTE: Auto-pay will automatically charge your credit card for EVERY charge invoiced to your account on the due date. This is not just for tuition, this is every charge put on your account. Entering and saving your payment information on your account is giving us permission to use that credit card or ACH to pay all charges on your account on the due date.
The classes listed on the registration at this time are generic classes. The actual class assignment with days and times will appear on your portal once we have most of the registrations complete and can finalize our schedule. This will be done by mid August, right before our open houses.
If the generic classes you registered for disappear before the new ones appear, please know that this is just part of the process. Do not worry that your registration did not go through, and do not register again. We will email you when the class times are added to your portal. Anything you may see on your portal prior to receiving an emailed schedule from us may not be correct and is subject to change.
Once your schedule is set, we will figure your tuition, including any multiple class and multiple student discounts! You will receive a September tuition invoice via email. If you do not choose to use the auto pay feature, you can then click on the “Make a payment” tab on the portal and pay your tuition online!
Once registered, if you would like to add or drop a class, you will need to call or email the studio. There is a form that needs to be completed so that we can add or drop a class and get your tuition corrected. You will continue to be charged for the class until you formally drop it with the form.
Please plan to attend one of our Open Houses if you have questions for our teachers, need to change your schedule, and/or need to purchase dance shoes. We are holding a Dance Shop Day this year for those who only need to be sized and purchase new shoes. We can also help you get registered online if you are having problems.

Dance Shop Day: Saturday, August 22nd from 9 am – 1pm
The first day of classes will be September 8th, 2020!
